The Villa
Our home is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom villa that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Since the purchase of the property, the villa has been fully refurbished and continues to receive annual improvements.
The pool deck and private pool is south-west facing meaning that you will get to enjoy the afternoon sun and witness some spectacular sunsets!
The villa is equipped with an up to date security systems which are monitored 24/7, cable TV and WIFI internet throughout. There is also a double garage to stow away your vehicle at night.
The Living Areas
The living room has been extensively refurnished - in fact everything you see in this room is brand new - everything! As you enter the property you are greeted by an open plan layout with the first reception room located to your left. This room has a single two seater sofa plus a dining table and chairs for you to be able to sit down as a family and enjoy a well earned breakfast / dinner.
As you move towards the back of the property you enter the more formal living room with a beautiful corner sofa and a state of the art TV for you to watch the many cable channels available!
The Kitchen
Just beyond the formal living room you will find the large, open plan kitchen. We have attempted to make your holiday a true 'home away from home' and have provided numerous cutlery and utensils to make your holiday hassle free. You will also find a large island in the middle of the kitchen providing you ample storage for all your goods. We have updated the white goods within the villa and here you will find new range, over the counter microwave, large American style fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispensing facilities, as well as a filter coffee machine, kettle and much more!
Just off the kitchen you will find a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.
The Bedrooms
You will find 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms in our home; 1 large master, 2 doubles rooms and a twin. These rooms have been designed to provide you a comfortable and relaxing place to wake up refreshed ready for your day. Each room has access to cable TV and each has its own walk in wardrobe. In the twin rooms and the master suite, you will find in built USB chargers built into the bedside cabinets!
The master is extremely large with en suite bathroom and incredible walk in wardrobe - plenty of space to be able to hang those new clothes from the retail outlets!
The Pool Area
At the rear of the property we have our private pool and south - west facing pool deck which faces one of the communities amazing views over the lake, allowing you to enjoy the Florida sunshine whilst watching the amazing wildlife and spectacular sunsets.
There are ample sun beds provided so that everyone can soak up the sun plus a table and chairs to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner al fresco! It really is the perfect place to unwind for a peaceful and relaxing holiday or after a day of shopping or tackling the parks.
